Qualifications

• Knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation.

Responsibilities

• Line manage a team of Housing Support Workers.
• Allocate caseloads and oversee complex cases.
• Support the Service Manager and meet targets.
• Represent on site and deputise as needed.
• Coordinate with Local Authority Housing Teams and other partners.
• Travel to other projects across East Kent as required.
