Your new role

• We are looking for a Lead Cleaning Technician to join our Manufacturing Team!
• This is a shift-based role, working Monday - Friday 6am to 2pm. This may include ad-hoc evening and weekends shifts.
• You will be responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing all cleaning and disinfection activities, working with both external contractors and RoslinCT’s internal teams to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly cleans are completed.
• Review cleaning forms, logbooks and other records weekly, and completed in accordance with Good Documentation Practice.
• Liaise with Supply Chain in respect of raw material requirements and planning.
• Maintain accurate stock control of cleaning equipment, inventory, and chemicals.
• Work closely with external contractors to adjust / align contract as appropriate due to business needs.
• Ensure all cleaning operations are carried out in line with RoslinCT’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Onboard and train new members of staff, and coordinate refresher trainings for existing staff.

About you

• Proven experience in line management, with the ability to lead, support, and develop a team effectively.
• Hands-on experience in a cGMP cleanroom environment or a similar regulated, controlled setting.
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in record-keeping and documentation.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities, able to manage priorities, plan ahead, and consistently deliver to deadlines.
• Adaptable and flexible approach, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and short-term business needs.
