Bluebird Care in Exeter is seeking a Senior Support Worker for Complex Care. The role combines hands-on care with leadership duties, supporting a young individual in their home and coordinating a small team to deliver safe, person-centred care.

The position requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, prior complex care experience, and a valid UK driving licence. Weekend availability is expected; sponsoring visa is not offered.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in complex care settings.
• Experience leading or supervising a team delivering care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• PMVA training, Mental Health Awareness, Autism Training, Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training (Learning Disability and Autism), Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).

Responsabilidades

• Care Delivery: Provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to complex needs.
• Leadership & Team Support: Lead and support a small team delivering care to a specific individual.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Ensure care plans are accurate and up-to-date, with clear documentation.
