Carrington West is recruiting an experienced ASB Officer to support a local authority in investigating and resolving anti-social behaviour and serious neighbour nuisance. You will manage a caseload, gather evidence, and progress enforcement actions in partnership with the Police, housing providers and legal services to ensure effective outcomes.

The role involves preparing witness statements, attending court, and ensuring compliance with ASB protocols.

Formación

• Experience as ASB Officer, Case Officer or similar housing enforcement role.
• Strong track record investigating complex ASB and neighbour nuisance.
• Knowledge of ASB legislation, enforcement procedures and legal processes.
• Experience gathering evidence and conducting interviews.
• Experience preparing cases for legal proceedings with legal services.
• Experience attending court hearings and giving evidence.
• Experience collaborating with Police, housing providers and statutory agencies.
• Understanding information-sharing protocols and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead investigations into anti-social behaviour and neighbour nuisance.
• Manage ASB complaints ensuring progression per policies.
• Conduct interviews with complainants, witnesses and alleged perpetrators.
