Job summary
Sabio Group is seeking an Amazon Connect Solutions Consultant in London to design, implement, and support cloud-based contact centre solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS. You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and client teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure applications.
Leading the Amazon Connect practice, you will mentor colleagues, define deployment approaches, and drive excellence in automation, reporting, and omnichannel strategies for global clients.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Amazon Connect.
- Extensive experience with AWS services (Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM, S3).
- Strong understanding of CCaaS platforms and customer experience solutions.
- Experience in consultative business transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Amazon Connect contact centre solutions.
- Create and manage contact flows, customer journeys, routing profiles, queues and agent experiences.
- Develop inbound, outbound, callback, chatbot, webchat and messaging solutions.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with enterprise systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow) and CTI.
- Lead development workstreams and mentor junior specialists.
- Ensure security, IAM and data protection compliance.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer.
