Job summary

Sabio Group, a leading CX solutions provider, seeks a Senior AWS Engineer in London to design and deliver cloud-based contact centre solutions using Amazon Connect and broader AWS services. You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and clients to translate requirements into scalable, secure applications.

The role covers DevOps, CI/CD, security best practices, and mentoring within a fast-growing, dynamic team. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Design and build Amazon Connect contact centre solutions.
• Develop serverless apps using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3).
• Implement contact centre automation and self-service features.

Responsibilities

• Lead Amazon Connect development across inbound/outbound channels.
• Develop integrations with CRM and enterprise systems.
• Create IaC for cloud resources using Terraform.
• Support operational dashboards and monitoring.
• Mentor junior developers and drive best practices.
