Job summary
Salesforce UK Limited is seeking a Lead Solution Engineer to drive complex transformation for the Manufacturing and Automotive sectors. You will lead the technical sales cycle, craft customized demos, and align customer objectives with Salesforce Agentforce capabilities.
The role requires deep experience in solution engineering for enterprise software, strong communication, and a willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software.
- Expertise in Agentforce for manufacturing/auto including autonomous AI design.
- Experience selling into UK Automotive/Manufacturing sector.
- Certifications in AI, generative AI or LLMs are a plus.
- Proven oral, written, presentation and relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle with cross-functional teams.
- Understand customer needs and position Salesforce as the best solution.
- Demonstrate deep industry and technology understanding for Manufacturing/Automotive.
- Develop and present customized demos addressing business value.
- Attend product, sales, and training certifications to stay knowledgeable.
- Lead the technical side of the sales cycle.
- Design and prototype agentic workflows using Agentforce.
- Guide clients through transitioning from legacy CRM to an Agentic data platform.
