Job summary

Rentokil Initial is expanding its Group AI Team to design, build, and deploy genAI and ML solutions across global operations. You will lead engineering for the Agentic Factory, bridging business requirements with scalable engineering execution.

You will mentor engineers, drive MVPs to production, and collaborate with GCP/Data Platform to deliver robust LLM/Ops pipelines and governance.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience building complex LLM-powered systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Strong practical understanding of NLP and ML for enterprise deployment.
• Hands-on with ELT/ETL, data lakes and data warehouses in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design Agentic Systems and scale multi-agent workflows in production.
• Establish coding standards, testing and evaluation for AI apps.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for LLM/Ops with containerised environments.
• Implement AI safety guardrails and monitoring in enterprise setups.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide from PoCs to production deployments.
