Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver AI solutions for large-scale organisations. You will lead PoC development and production deployment while providing technical leadership across the delivery lifecycle.

You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure secure and scalable implementations, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into measurable AI value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in the application development lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications and services.
• Experience in backend development for AI applications and orchestration of LLMs or multi-agent systems.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience developing proof-of-concepts and scaling them into production.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of secure, scalable AI solutions.
• Build and integrate LLM, RAG, and multi-agent solutions using enterprise frameworks.
• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Lead proof-of-concepts and pilot solutions from feasibility to production.
• Translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions delivering measurable value.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, product owners, and QA teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
