Job summary

Capita is seeking an Administration Team Leader to guide a team of Administrators delivering an apprenticeship service for Royal Navy personnel in Fareham. You will lead performance, coach staff, and ensure timely, compliant delivery while collaborating with Royal Navy stakeholders and internal teams for an exceptional learner experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Administrators delivering apprenticeship services for Royal Navy personnel.
Coordinate day-to-day admin activities and ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.
Provide coaching, guidance and training to team members to develop their skills.
Build relationships with Royal Navy stakeholders and internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Ensure processes comply with apprenticeship, compliance and quality requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and support learner outcomes.
