Capita plc in Fareham is seeking a Team Leader to guide a team of Administrators delivering apprenticeship programmes for Royal Navy personnel. You will supervise, coach and coordinate daily admin tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards, fostering strong Navy and internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an admin team with supervisory duties.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).
• Desirable understanding of apprenticeships.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support a team of Administrators to deliver a high-quality apprenticeship service for Royal Navy personnel.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.
• Provide coaching, guidance and training to team members to develop skills and potential.
• Build positive relationships with Royal Navy stakeholders and internal teams to ensure excellent service.
• Ensure processes are completed accurately in line with apprenticeship, compliance and quality requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, boosting team performance and learner outcomes.
