A leading insurance services provider in Blisworth is looking for a Defence Claims Handler to manage claims and deliver exceptional service. The successful candidate will engage with clients, negotiate with insurers, and ensure compliance with regulations. Are you motivated by helping people and delivering excellent customer service?
You’ll be known internally as a Defence Claims Handler in our in-house law firm, Strata Solicitors. You’ll be responsible for efficiently managing a caseload of claims and delivering exceptional client service.
Once you’ve passed your probation period, typically 3-months, you’ll be able to work from home two days per week. Our offices are open between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. You’ll work 37.5 hours between those times.
To support your career progression, we’ll also contribute financially for you to gain your Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) or a professional legal qualification.
Our clients may have had a car accident or a car stolen, and they’ll phone you to help them with their insurance claim. It’ll be your job to work with the ‘claimant’ and the insurance company to gather all evidence, establish liability, and quantify the claim to achieve swift settlement.
