John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management is expanding and seeks a Property Relationship Manager to join the Nottingham team. The role focuses on managing up to 250 properties, strengthening landlord relationships and upselling our services.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar residential lettings or property management role
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships
• Desire for an engaging role with dynamic daily challenges
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for communication
• Proven negotiation skills and eloquence in handling landlord clients

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Build and maintain relationships with key landlord clients and portfolios.
• Upsell John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services and related products.
• Oversee Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality control and trade discounts.
• Handle Weekly Arrear management including Rent and Legal Protection submissions.
• Prepare and review inspection reports for your portfolio.
