Job summary

John Shepherd is looking for a Property Relationship Manager to join our Derby team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role operates Monday to Friday, 0845am to 530pm, with no weekend work.

Responsibilities include managing up to 250 Properties Under Management, upselling lettings and property management services, handling mid term inspection follow ups, weekly arrear management and preparing inspection reports for your portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a comparable role.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Customer-focused and able to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Upsell John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services.
• Manage Mid Term Inspection follow ups and quality.
• Weekly Arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection notes.
• Prepare inspection reports for your portfolio.
