Job summary

John Shepherd in Nottingham is seeking a Property Relationship Manager to join our expanding lettings and property management team. This is a full-time, permanent role with a basic salary of £26,500–£29,000 plus commission, Monday to Friday.

You will manage up to 250 Properties Under Management, build strong landlord relationships, upsell services, and handle mid-term inspections and arrears while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's experience in a similar role within the residential lettings or property management sector.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Seeking an engaging position characterized by constant dynamism, ensuring each day brings new and unique challenges.
• Demonstrates a genuine talent for interpersonal interactions and derives satisfaction from delivering top-notch customer service.
• Possesses eloquence and excels in both negotiation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Build and maintain relationships with key landlord clients, providing support and guidance.
• Understand and upsell John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services.
• Manage Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality and trade discount earnings.
• Weekly Arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims and management.
• Inspection reports for your portfolio including management of quality of content.
