Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a comparable role.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Upsell John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services including ancillary products.
• Handle Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality checks and discount earnings.
• Oversee weekly arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims.
• Prepare inspection reports for your portfolio with quality content.
