John Shepherd, part of Lomond, invites you to join our Nottingham team as a Student Property Manager. This full-time, permanent role offers an on-target earnings potential up to £30k per year and a standard Mon-Fri schedule from 08:45 to 17:30.

You will manage up to 250 properties and upsell our lettings and property management services. We value customer service, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a genuine drive to excel in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in a comparable role.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 250 Properties Under Management.
• Upsell Lettings & Property Management services including ancillary products.
• Handle Mid Term Inspection follow ups and trade discount earnings.
• Weekly arrears management including Rent & Legal Protection submissions.
• Prepare inspection reports for your portfolio with quality content.
