John Shepherd Group in Birmingham is hiring a Property Relationship Manager to join our growing lettings and estate team. This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday 08:45am–5:30pm with on-target earnings up to £30k per year.

You will manage portfolios, upsell services, and coordinate inspections and arrears tasks. We value customer-focused professionals with strong negotiation and communication skills, who fit our vibrant, expanding environment and enjoy a supportive benefits programme

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven skills in negotiation and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Upsell John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services and related products.
• Handle mid-term inspection follow ups, quality checks and discount earnings.
• Oversee weekly arrears management including Rent & Legal Protection submissions.
• Produce inspection reports and ensure content quality for portfolios.
