Linley & Simpson Limited is seeking a Business Generation Advisor to drive new business from landlords and homeowners in the Yorkshire region. The role involves converting opportunities from multiple lead sources and building relationships to grow the managed portfolio.

You will manage high volumes of outbound calls, exceed KPIs, and promote additional services like mortgages and conveyancing referrals. Flexible hours apply, with base offices across Yorkshire.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales-focused role.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Experience making high volumes of outbound calls.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming web leads and book Sales Market Appraisals.
• Follow up valuation appointments to secure instructions.
• Contact homeowners considering selling and introduce Linley & Simpson's services.
• Work through a database of prospective and existing clients to identify opportunities and secure property instructions.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and relationship building.
• Re-engage historic valuation leads to create new sales opportunities.
