Linley and Simpson, part of Lomond, is seeking a Business Development Manager in Yorkshire. The role focuses on converting opportunities from multiple lead sources and growing our landlord portfolio, with flexible hours and a base salary of £25,000-£28,000.

On target earnings of £40,000-£50,000, you'll primarily speak with landlords daily, promote services, and drive managed lettings. A fast-paced, target-driven environment rewards resilience and strong negotiation.

Qualificações

• Experience in lettings and landlord services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to generate and convert business opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming web leads and book Lettings Market Appraisals.
• Follow up appraisals to secure instructions or updated valuations.
• Contact Let Only landlords to promote Fully Managed service.
• Match buy-to-let landlords with suitable opportunities.
• Identify opportunities through applicant registrations and contact landlords.
• Monitor stock on property portals and win new business.
• Promote and book mortgage appointments where appropriate.
• Upsell rent and legal protection products.
• Arrange Sales Market Appraisals for landlords considering sale.
• Maintain records and achieve activity and conversion targets.
• Make approximately 100 outbound calls per day.
