Job summary

Linley & Simpson, part of Lomond, is seeking a Business Generation Advisor in Yorkshire. This fast-paced sales role concentrates on converting opportunities from multiple lead sources and growing our managed portfolio.

You will make around 100 outbound calls daily, promoting our Fully Managed service while maintaining strong landlord relationships and hitting KPI targets. Competitive base salary with OTE available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced sales role (outbound focus)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and targets
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Confident, professional telephone manner

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming web leads and book estate market appraisals
• Follow up valuation appointments to secure instructions
• Contact landlords to promote and convert to Fully Managed service
• Identify opportunities across landlord database and secure instructions
• Generate new business through outbound calls and relationship building
• Promote additional services including mortgage appointments and other products
• Upsell rent and legal protection products
• Arrange Sales Market Appraisals where landlords are considering selling
• Maintain accurate records and achieve activity targets
