Job summary

Dwelly in the UK is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to run a front-line lettings unit across Tenant Find, Property Management and Payments. You will lead a growing team of Letting Negotiators, Property Managers and Financial Analysts, starting with 2–6 and scaling to 6–12 as we grow, accountable for daily delivery and weekly targets.

This hands-on leadership role demands strong people management, process improvement, and the ability to adapt to change.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-growth startup or scale-up with KPI-driven operations.
• 1+ years leading front-line teams (5+ staff) with targets.
• Experience managing performance processes and using data to drive priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own daily output across the Tenant Find/Property Management/Payments journey.
• Hit and beat key metrics daily and weekly.
• Manage scheduling, unblock negotiators, and ensure no tasks slip.
• Coach and develop Letting Negotiators/Property Managers/Analysts.
• Maintain morale during change and coordinate with agency managers.
