Qualifications

• Track record of winning new business face to face: valuations, sales, or business development.
• High personal standards: punctual, prepared and professional.
• Confidence to hold a price and sell value, not discount.
• Urgency in following up enquiries as revenue.
• Natural relationship-builder with long-term focus.
• Comfortable working alongside AI and automation; quick to learn systems.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to landlord enquiries with a personal touch to win instructions.
• Turn enquiries into valuations and signed landlords; follow up non-signs until a clear yes or no.
• Carry out rental valuations grounded in market data and present them clearly.
• Represent the quality of the Dwelly brand in person and in writing.
