You will lead with strong customer standards, manage a proactive follow-up process, and work closely with the AI-enabled CRM to nurture long-term landlord relationships. Ideal candidates have face-to-face sales experience, a professional presence, and a proactive attitude toward pricing and value.

Qualificações

• Track record of winning new business face to face such as valuations, sales, or business development.
• Punctual, prepared and professional in presentation and communication.
• Confident in holding price and selling value over discounts.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsabilidades

• Respond fast and convert landlord enquiries to valuations and signed instructions.
• Carry out rental valuations grounded in market data and present to a high standard.
• Build trusted community relationships and develop long-term landlord networks.
• Grow revenue by focusing on value and minimizing discounts while targeting long-term opportunities.
• Collaborate with AI agents in the CRM to manage the pipeline and close deals.
