Qualifications

• Proven experience in a regulated or hazardous environment.
• NEBOSH certificate in Occupational Health and Safety is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and commissioning of laboratory capabilities.
• Develop operating procedures and training materials.
• Liaise with safety and engineering teams.
• Recruit and mentor lab staff.
• Ensure secure and accurate management of information.
• Oversee laboratory operations and scheduling.
• Maintain quality standards and support audits.

Skills

Proven experience within a laboratory or testing environment

Analytical and wet chemistry experience including HPLC and GC
