Ideal candidates have a CS/Software Engineering background, strong SQL/Linux knowledge, and programming skills in Java, Python or Shell. English is required for daily communications with international customers and teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Solid foundation in databases (SQL queries) and Linux basics
• Programming experience in Java, Python, Shell
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese

Mansioni

• System Troubleshooting and Closed-Loop Incident Management for company systems (WES, RMS, IOP, etc.)
• Support business operations optimization and identify risks to improve customer satisfaction
• Document issues and solutions; build a knowledge base and provide system training
• Collaborate with R&D, product and implementation teams to ensure stable system operation
