Geek+ is seeking a System Troubleshooting and Incident Management specialist in the United Kingdom. You will analyze faults in WES, RMS, IOP, and similar systems, establish issue tracking, and drive closed-loop resolution from discovery to resolution.

You will also optimize system performance and support operational improvements. Strong problem-analysis, communication, and documentation skills are required, with native Chinese and working English, and a willingness to work a 7x24 rotating shift

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS/Software Eng/Info Mgmt/Automation/Logistics Eng or related field.
• Open to 2027 graduates.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot and resolve faults in the company's proprietary systems (WES, RMS, IOP, etc.).
• Establish issue tracking and drive closed-loop resolution from discovery to fix.
• Support business operations process optimization and efficiency improvements.
