Job summary

Instinct Resourcing is supporting a leading professional services organisation to recruit an experienced Digital Learning Designer for a 12-month maternity cover contract. You will own the design and development of engaging digital learning solutions, partnering with subject matter experts and stakeholders to turn complex information into learner-focused content.

The role covers the full digital learning development process from needs analysis to delivery, applying instructional design

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Digital Learning Designer or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, high-quality digital learning content from initial concept through to completion.
• Translate complex information into clear, accessible learning experiences.
• Develop e-learning solutions using instructional design principles.
• Create multimedia content, activities and assessments.
• Review and refine content for accuracy and quality.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and priorities.
• Collaborate with learning teams to meet business needs.
• Use digital learning tools to produce high-quality materials.
• Continuously improve learner experience and effectiveness.
