Job summary

Close Brothers is recruiting for a Learning & Development Specialist on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract in Manchester. The role focuses on designing, delivering and evaluating learning solutions across the Banking Division, including induction, soft skills, management development and regulatory training.

The role supports a hybrid-working arrangement and requires strong facilitation and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience of utilising a Learning Management System.
• Experience of course development, design and delivery, including blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support and advice for learning and development queries.
• Produce, maintain and evaluate training materials for in-house courses with version control.
• Collaborate with the L&D team on design, delivery and facilitation of in-house learning solutions.
• Review and evaluate external content for relevance, accuracy and compliance with L&D standards.
