Job summary

Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to cover 39 hours per week in a full-time role. You will support the delivery of the Learning and Development Strategy and review new colleagues through the 13-week induction, providing ongoing training support for managers.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the Learning and Development Strategy.
• Review new colleagues' progress through the induction programme.
• Consult with managers and stakeholders to identify training and development needs.
• Design and expand relevant training programmes.
• Produce training material for in-house courses.
• Manage the delivery of training and development initiatives.
• Evaluate training programmes and provide feedback.
• Assist line managers and trainers in addressing specific training challenges.
• Organise and prioritise tasks in line with departmental needs.
• Maintain accurate training documentation and records.
• Coordinate training schedules with managers and external providers.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external training providers.
