Working hours: Mon–Thurs between 07:00–16:00 / 08:00–17:00, Fri 07:00–13:00 / 08:00–14:00

Job Description
  • Design and deliver impactful internal learning programmes with a strong focus on leadership development and capability building.
  • Lead Talent Management and Succession Planning processes, ensuring future leaders are identified and nurtured.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align development activities to PDR outcomes, operational needs, and growth priorities.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of L&D initiatives, introducing new delivery methods including digital / blended learning.
  • Build and maintain a learning culture by managing development resources, approved suppliers, and group-wide L&D frameworks.
