Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a training and development role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or energy sectors.
• Proven experience designing and delivering blended learning programmes.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel between company sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company-wide training and development strategy.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses and design blended learning solutions.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and report on KPIs.
