Job summary

The Francis Crick Institute Ltd is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join the Leadership, Learning & Culture (LLC) team. You will support learning, leadership development, talent and performance activities across the institute, coordinating programmes and maintaining accurate records.

You will use Workday for admin tasks, manage logistics for training and workshops, and collaborate with colleagues across People, Communications and external partners to deliver high‑quality

Qualifications

• Experience providing administration, coordination or customer service support in a busy operational environment.
• Experience using databases, HR systems or learning management systems (ideally Workday).

Responsibilities

• Effective administration to support an annual calendar of training, induction, talent and performance management and career development activity that is fit for purpose and value for money
• Liaising with internal and external training providers
• Assisting with internal promotion of all learning and development activities
• Designing and maintaining effective, tailored training, induction, and career development materials
• Assisting with the preparation for delivery of high‑quality training, workshops, and materials to groups and individuals (for classroom and online)
• Assisting with the preparation for delivery of effective talent and performance management initiatives for individuals and teams
• Keeping accurate records to measure impact and effectiveness of training and talent initiatives
