Job summary

2gether Support Solutions in the East Kent region seeks a Learning & Development Officer to join our People Team. You will coordinate development programmes, apprenticeships and create engaging digital learning content to enable colleagues to thrive and grow.

This role combines learning administration, project coordination and stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to influence workplace culture through innovative training and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy administrative environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience creating digital content, e-learning materials or multimedia resources.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with others.
• Creative mindset and enthusiasm for improving how people learn.
• Experience within Human Resources, Learning & Development or organisational development environments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage learning and development activities across the organisation.
• Support the design, delivery and evaluation of development programmes.
• Manage learning communications and promote development opportunities through a range of channels.
• Support apprenticeship programmes and workforce development initiatives.
• Analyse learning data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate Welcome Day programmes for new colleagues.
• Build strong relationships with managers, learning providers, and key stakeholders.
• Help drive continuous improvement and innovation across learning and development services.
