Job summary

You will coordinate programmes, maintain records, monitor compliance and provide admin and QA support to ensure staff receive the learning they need to deliver safe, high-quality social care.

The role involves scheduling sessions (face-to-face and virtual), managing the LMS, generating compliance reports, and supporting audits and digital learning projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a coordination or administrative role.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, organise, and communicate training sessions (face-to-face and virtual).
• Liaise with L&D Partners, managers, and staff to maximise attendance.
• Maintain the L&D calendar and provide timely information to managers.
• Generate compliance reports for managers and regulatory bodies.
• Support audits and inspections with accurate training records.
• Maintain the LMS and input data accurately.
• Track attendance and completion of all training programmes.
• Answer training-related queries from staff and managers.
• Provide admin support for trainers (room bookings, resources, joining instructions).
• Support L&D projects such as Apprenticeships or digital learning rollouts.
