CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver training programmes across our residential and nursing care homes, with potential work across homecare branches. You will oversee L&D, run inductions, lead Champion programmes, maintain training records, and support the e-learning system, ensuring compliance with Skills for Care and CQC standards.

The role requires Level 3 Education & Training or equivalent and a proven ability to create engaging

• Level 3 Education & Training award or equivalent and proven delivery of care-related training.

Responsabilidades

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses across care settings.
• Deliver high-quality training to groups across multiple sites.
• Conduct learner assessments to meet Skills for Care and CQC standards.
• Support induction training for new homes and employees.
• Facilitate Champion programmes and support home champions to meet standards.
• Maintain accurate training records and adapt to operational needs.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting on the e-learning system.
• Keep training content current and aligned with best practices.
