Job summary

PSR Solutions are partnering with a respected care provider to appoint a Learning and Development Coordinator in Manchester and the North West. You will design, coordinate and deliver mandatory and specialist training to ensure teams provide person-centred care across residential, nursing and homecare settings.

You will lead induction, supervise training standards and travel extensively to support services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering care-related training across a wide range of subjects including safeguarding, first aid and dementia care.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks including CQC and Skills for Care.
• L3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent) essential.
• NUCO and RoSPA qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and deliver a broad portfolio of mandatory and specialist training programmes.
• Support induction training in new services and develop home-based champions.
• Carry out supervisions to maintain training standards.
• Travel across the North West to support multiple care services.
