The salary is £28,350 pro rata, with Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, in Whitstable, plus DBS, pension contributions, and staff

Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
• Experience in training, learning & development, events or HR preferred.
• Strong IT skills and systems knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all elements of training delivery, including booking training rooms and venues, liaising with trainers, scheduling sessions and preparing learning materials and resources.
• Proactively respond to external training and apprenticeship enquiries, upselling offerings and taking bookings.
• Build strong relationships with the training team, HR department and the wider business.
• Keep internal systems up to date and ensure administrative follow-up is accurate and on time.
