Job summary

Drnewitt is seeking an L&D Coordinator at its Maidstone site to drive the learning strategy and provide generalist HR support. The role is 100% onsite with occasional travel to other UK manufacturing sites.

You will work closely with the Site People Manager to deliver training programs, manage the LMS (Alchemy) and other talent platforms, and support ER processes and payroll coordination.

Qualifications

• Previous L&D experience with HR exposure, ideally in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Understanding GMP and manufacturing site operations.
• Experience with eLearning platforms and apprenticeship funding.
• Strong note-taking and interpersonal/influencing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate site-wide training solutions aligned with business goals.
• Identify funding for training, including apprenticeship levy interventions.
• Manage learning platforms and track KPIs and compliance.
• Take notes during HR meetings (disciplinaries, investigations, etc.)
• Support line managers with onboarding, induction, and probation reviews.
• Coordinate with payroll on joiners/leavers/pay adjustments.
