Job summary

SF Partners are recruiting a Learning & Development Coordinator to help organise employee training and professional development. Working closely with the L&D Manager, you'll keep learning activities on track, maintain accurate records and act as a helpful point of contact for employees and external training providers. £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a similar L&D/HR role.
• Strong organisational skills and thorough administration approach.
• Comfort handling competing deadlines and cross-system work.
• Able to build relationships with colleagues and external providers.
• Experience in busy HR or L&D teams is relevant.
• LMS familiarity and CIPD Level 3 would be useful but not essential.

• Track learning progress, deadlines and costs.
• Maintain accurate records and produce reports.
• Liaise with training providers to resolve queries and support learners.
• Coordinate mandatory training across the business.

Job description

£30,000-£35,000 depending on experience

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating training bookings, assessments and enrolments.
• Tracking learning progress, deadlines and costs.
• Maintaining accurate records and producing reports.
• Liaising with training providers to resolve queries and support learners.
• Coordinating mandatory training across the business.
• Updating learning materials and improving administrative processes.

About you

You’ll have at least two years' experience in a similar role, with strong organisational skills and a thorough approach to administration. You’ll be comfortable managing competing deadlines, working across different systems and building relationships with colleagues and external providers.

Experience within a busy HR or L&D team is relevant. Familiarity with learning management systems and CIPD Level 3 would be useful but are not essential.

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required are essential
