Superior Healthcare Group in Whitstable is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract. You will coordinate all aspects of training delivery, manage bookings, liaise with trainers and learners, and prepare materials.

The role requires proactive handling of enquiries and upselling opportunities while keeping internal systems accurate and up to date. Ideal applicants will have strong communication, administrative and IT skills, with a background in training,

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills both over the phone and in writing.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience in training, learning & development, events or HR is preferred.
• Strong IT skills and systems knowledge.
• Right to work in the UK and driving licence; occasional travel to other sites.
• Available to start by early December and commit to a 9‑month contract.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all elements of training delivery including booking rooms and venues.
• Liaise with trainers, schedule sessions and prepare learning materials.
• Respond to external training and apprenticeship enquiries and upsell offerings.
• Organise and inform all parties; keep internal systems up to date and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Build relationships with the training team, HR and the wider business.
