Job summary

William Stobart & Son in Kettering is seeking an L&D Compliance Administrator to act as the central data and compliance gatekeeper for the group’s L&D department. The role reports directly to the L&D Regulatory Management and supports rapid growth.

Your duties include auditing driver compliance, maintaining the training matrix, coordinating calendars, handling course logistics, and ensuring on-site operations and external regulatory portals remain audit-ready.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Scale the L&D team by establishing and documenting central structures.
• Coordinate master training calendars and ensure courses are well populated.
• Liaise with depot and client teams to track compliance and expiry dates.
• Organise course logistics, exams, and onsite catering.
• Maintain statutory portals such as SQA and JAUPT.
• Manage post-course metrics and CPC hours uploads.
• Handle external delegate bookings and invoicing for ADR courses.
• Support rollout weeks with ad-hoc admin duties.
