Job summary

A leading education recruitment firm is seeking a passionate KS3 Teacher for a specialist Autism school in Bromley. The ideal candidate will have QTS and experience teaching KS3 students, particularly in an SEN setting. Responsibilities include delivering tailored lessons, fostering a nurturing environment, and collaborating with a dedicated team to support students with Autism Spectrum Condition. This position offers daily pay between £150 and £220.

Qualifications

  • Experience teaching KS3 pupils, ideally within an SEN or Autism setting.
  • Passion for supporting pupils with Autism and additional needs.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering engaging and differentiated KS3 lessons tailored to students with Autism.
  • Creating a structured, supportive, and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning and communication needs.
  • Working closely with SEN Teaching Assistants, therapists, and the wider SEN team.
  • Supporting students' academic progress, emotional regulation, and independence.
  • Monitoring progress and contributing to EHCP targets and reviews.

Location: Bromley Pay: 150 - 220 per day Start Date: February 2026

Academics are currently recruiting a KS3 Teacher to work in a specialist Autism school in Bromley, supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
