Job summary

People Dynamix Limited is recruiting a KS2 Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or above) for a Wirral primary school. This is a full-time, long-term role offering dedicated 1:1 support and close collaboration with the class teacher to help children access learning.

The ideal candidate will hold Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (Higher or equivalent), with UK primary TA experience, a calm, patient approach, safeguarding awareness and a focus on fostering independence,

Qualifications

• Experience as Teaching Assistant in a UK Primary School or similar role.
• Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (Higher or equivalent).
• Ability to commit to a full-time, long-term position and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to students to access learning.
• Work closely with the class teacher and school team.
• Help children develop independence and confidence in the classroom.
