Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant for a new exciting role at a small mainstream primary school on the outskirts of Chester.

The role is a full-time 1:1 Teaching Assistant supporting a KS2 pupil who needs additional support with there learning. The role will be working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm alongside the class teacher to encourage positive development with this pupil.

Qualifications

• DBS certificate or willingness to process one
• Right to work verification required (passport or birth certificate)
• CV covering 10 years of education or employment

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to a KS2 pupil with learning needs
• Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and pupil development
• Encourage positive behavior and independence in learning activities
• Work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, in a primary school setting
