Job summary

The role offers a £31,000 basic salary with up to £6,000 bonus and commissions, with earnings potential of £40,000–£45,000+ for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers throughout the service and repair journey.

• Liaise closely with Technicians and the Workshop team.
• Prepare accurate estimates and invoices where required.
• Identify and maximise appropriate additional sales opportunities, including service plans.
• Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.

This Chippenham opportunity offers a £31,000 basic salary, up to £6,000 bonus, plus additional commission on service plans. Strong performers have the opportunity to earn £40,000–£45,000+.

And when you are required to work a Saturday, it’s morning only — 8:30am to 12:30pm.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established automotive business in Chippenham.

You’ll be working within a busy and customer-focused Aftersales environment, managing customers throughout the service and repair process while maximising appropriate additional sales opportunities.

• £31,000 basic salary
• Up to £6,000 bonus
• Additional commission on service plans
• £40,000–£45,000+ potential for strong performers
• Monday–Friday
• 1 in 2 Saturdays — morning only, 8:30am–12:30pm
• No full Saturdays — Saturday working finishes at 12:30pm
• Opportunity to significantly increase earnings through service-plan commission
