Village Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and Chef de Partie to bridge the Head Chef's strategy with the realities of a busy service. You will own your section and float to support the brigade, ensuring plates meet our exact standards for quality, temperature, and presentation.

You will coach junior kitchen team members, monitor portion sizes, and help manage stock and waste while upholding HACCP and EHO directives. You will protect gross profit and drive our brand forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership and high-volume service.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own your section and run it flawlessly during busy services.
• Coach junior kitchen team members and Kitchen Porters.
• Manage stock levels and reduce wastage.
• Ensure all plates meet quality, temperature, and presentation standards.
