Responsibilities

• Own your section as a hands-on Chef de Partie and run your area flawlessly.
• Drive food safety standards and ensure brand delivery, HACCP and EHO compliance.
• Supervise and coach junior kitchen staff and porters, maintaining a safe workspace.
• Manage stock with precise par levels and keep stock take paperwork up to date.
