Responsibilities

• The Kitchen Floor: Run your own section as a hands-on Chef de Partie, manage tickets and support others as needed.
• The Standards: Enforce food safety, brand delivery, temperature checks, HACCP/EHO compliance.
• The Brigade: Lead and coach junior kitchen team members and porters, translate strategy into action.
• The Commercial Reality: Protect gross profit, manage stock to par levels, minimize waste, keep stock records up to date.
