Village Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and CDP to bridge the Head Chef’s strategy with a busy service. You will own your section while supporting the brigade, ensuring every plate leaving the pass meets our exact standards for quality, temperature, and presentation.

You’ll lead the kitchen floor as a hands-on Chef de Partie, supervise junior chefs, and manage stock to par levels while protecting gross profit.

Qualifications

• Own your kitchen section and lead as a hands-on CDP.
• Ensure food safety, HACCP/EHO compliance and quality standards.
• Coach junior kitchen team members and porters, and control stock.

Responsabilités

• Run your own section flawlessly while supporting the wider brigade.
• Monitor portion sizes and assist others during busy services.
• Protect gross profit by stock control and accurate monthly stock takes.
